Houten Kop Beer

Houten Kop is brewed from various malts and grains, including Belgian hops from Poperinge. The beer is flavoured with 12 pure and natural herbs. Some of which have a medicinal effect according to medieval literature.

This amber beer has a malty and fruity taste, followed by herbs. The aftertaste is dry with a slightly bitter and sour tone. Poured, Houten Kop is a clear beer, with a thick white head.

Drink Houten Kop at cellar temperature for a more pronounced aroma.
