Templar Strong Amber is a top-fermented beer with refermentation in the bottle, characterized by a golden copper hue and a dry, smooth taste. The brewing process includes brewing, fermenting, storing, filtering, bottling and finally adding fresh yeast for refermentation. Due to the aging in the bottle, natural carbon dioxide is created, which results in a pleasant sparkle.
