Belgian Ale style. Brewed by Pirlot brewery with a recipe from Vleesmeester brewery. The beer is an ode to a book by Jeroen Brouwers, "Bittere bloemen".

Very floral aroma, smells of chamomile, white pepper, dry leaves, honey, orange peel, gooseberry. Fruity taste, hints of red berries and dried apricot, smooth mouthfeel with a caramelly, slightly roasted maltiness, ending in an earthy, dry, floral and peppery hop bitterness.
